Suspension of international airmail to Russia



Target mail: EMS, K-Packet    Date of suspension of application : Feb. 14 ~ Feb. 25 2022

※ The date of resumption of reception is determined according to the timing of approval of delivery of mail by Russian Customs, so the suspension period may be extended or shortened.



※ Reason for suspension : Request for postal Embargo due to transfer of international mail service from Moscow Customs.(SVO Airport International Postal Customs -> Customs of the Russian Federation)



※ Order will be shipped in consecutive order from Feb. 28th 2022.

※ Order that tracking number has already been issued cannot be cancelled.

※ We will not be responsible for shipping cost refund due to custom issues.(original shipping cost + return shipping cost)

※ The orders for January-February can be delayed due to air freights remaining restricted, leading to delivery delays.

   Standard Mail: 30-90 business days .

   EMS Mail : 30-60 business days .
